Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data DemoPulse collects, why, who helps us process it, and how you can control it. See also our Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

DemoPulse is a product of fastersales.io, a business registered in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the account data described below. Contact: demopulse@fastersales.io.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your email address, name and sign-in details.

Content you provide: demo recordings, transcripts and files you import from Google Drive (only files you explicitly select).

Audit results: scores, findings, coaching points and progress history generated from your demos.

Payment data: purchase history and the number of analyses bought. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

Usage data: basic technical logs (errors, timings) used to keep the service reliable.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract): running audits, showing reports and tracking your progress.

To take payments and keep tax records (legal obligation).

To fix problems and protect the service (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.

4. Who processes it for us

Cloud hosting and database providers that store your account and audits in access-controlled infrastructure.

AI model providers that transcribe and analyse recordings over zero-retention APIs — they do not keep your content or train on it.

Our payment provider, which processes card payments, calculates tax and prevents fraud.

Google, only when you connect Google Drive, limited to the files you pick.

5. How long we keep it

Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to produce and display your report. Audit results and progress history are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually six years in the UK).

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email demopulse@fastersales.io and we'll respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
