DemoPulse, a product of fastersales.io, analyses recordings of software sales demos and produces a structured performance audit: a diarized transcript, a scorecard, coaching feedback and improvement metrics.

By using DemoPulse you agree to these terms. If you use DemoPulse on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company.

Recordings and transcripts you upload are used for one purpose only: producing your audit. Access is restricted to your own account — other users can never see your recordings, transcripts or reports.

We store your files in private, access-controlled storage and apply row-level security so that each account can only reach its own data.

You retain full ownership of your recordings and the reports generated from them.

Transcription and analysis are performed by large language models. Your recording or transcript is sent to the model solely to generate the results you requested — nothing else.

AI-generated feedback is guidance, not professional advice. Scores, coaching suggestions and revenue projections are statistical estimates and should be reviewed by a human before acting on them.

We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties. The only external processing of your content is the LLM API used to run your analysis.

We do not use your recordings or transcripts for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to delivering the audit you asked for.

Analysis runs through API access with zero data retention: the model provider does not store your recordings or transcripts, and your data is never used to train or improve models.

Once the API returns your results, no copy of your content remains with the model provider.

Each account includes a free allowance of analyses. Additional analyses are sold in packs as described on the pricing page. Analyses are counted when an audit starts and refunded automatically if the analysis fails.

Only upload recordings you have the right to use, and make sure participants have consented to being recorded where required by law.

Do not use DemoPulse to process unlawful content, to misrepresent another person, or to attempt to access other users' data.

DemoPulse is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, fastersales.io is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or business decisions made on the basis of AI-generated analysis.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of DemoPulse after a change constitutes acceptance.
